Natural Childbirth Education & Healthy Pregnancy Classes
Fit4Birth offers a variety of classes designed to help you during the labor and birthing process using natural measures. The class emphasizes the techniques necessary in easing pain and relaxing during labor by use of breathing, yoga, visualization, meditation, positive mindset, massage and overall prenatal health. Our Natural Childbirth Education Classes also include birthing videos, nutritional education, basic prenatal exercises, relaxation, guest speakers, class manual, and labor simulation practices. Classes are offered in three options: a 10 week course (2 hours per class), a single-day refresher/accelerated course (6 hours of instruction) or a weekend accelerated course(12 hours of instruction).
10 week Natural Childbirth Education Course - $350
Provides an in-depth understanding of the tools needed to labor and birth naturally, for most moms. This class is recommended especially for first time moms or those wanting a thorough understanding of giving birth naturally and a in-depth understanding of the labor and birth process. This class meets once-per-week for two hours and husbands, partners or birth assistants are encouraged to attend as many classes as possible.

Weekend Natural Childbirth Education Course - $275
Provides an in-depth understanding of the tools needed to labor and birth naturally, for most moms. This class is recommended especially for first time moms or those wanting a thorough understanding of giving birth naturally and a in-depth understanding of the labor and birth process. This class meets once-per-week for two hours and husbands, partners or birth assistants are encouraged to attend as many classes as possible.

1 day Refresher (Accelerated Course) - $150
Provides a basic understanding of the tools needed to labor and birth naturally, for most moms. This class meets one time only and for 6 hours (scheduled on Saturdays). This is the perfect class for moms who have already had a vaginal birth, whether it was medicated or natural and for moms who are limited on time. Husbands, partners or birth assistants are highly encouraged to attend. See below for schedule.
