I took Alicia's prenatal fitness class and it was the perfect compliment to my prenatal birth classes. It helped prepare me for labor and Alicia is an inspiring teacher. Fit4Birth’s Prenatal Fitness class was an activity I looked forward to during my pregnancy.  Sometimes it was difficult to make time to be there, however once the class started I felt so good knowing I was doing safe, healthy exercises that benefit me and my baby.  For the first trimester I didn’t do any exercises because I didn’t know what was safe for my baby, during that time I felt tired and sluggish. 
Once I started the Prenatal Fitness class, I was able to regain my energy and sustain it all the way through my third trimester.
Alicia has a true talent for teaching Prenatal Fitness, she is very knowledgeable about both pregnancy and fitness and keeps the class exciting and fun each time.  Alicia is able to work with a group of people with varying exercise levels during the same session and everyone walks away with a complete workout that meets their individual needs.
